Valerio Proietti has written a thoughtful post on why MooTools won’t use Sizzle (and tries to argue why other libraries shouldn’t).
...
I don’t expect every library will drop its own engine and plugin Sizzle right away. However, if done correctly, Sizzle can be an area of collaboration. If it becomes “John’s Library” that is one thing, but you will note that there have already been patches from the Prototype folks and maybe others. Sizzle could be a playground for innovation itself.

Il fonctionne aussi bien avec des inputs html standard (input, textarea) qu'avec des éditeurs basés sur des iframes (dijit.form.Textarea, dijit.Editor, etc...)

MenuGenerator est une classe qui permet de générer un popup menu (pour bouton dropdown ou menu contextuel ou autre) à partir d'une représentation objet.
La structure de l'objet est utilisée pour gérer la création de menus simples ou arborescents.

La syntaxe déclarative est la plus simple des deux syntaxes disponible avec dojo (l'autre étant la syntaxe programmatique mais, du même coup, la moins flexible.)

La syntaxe programmatique est légèrement plus complexe que la syntaxe déclarative mais apporte une grande souplesse et un grand contrôle de ce qui est fait.

* If another application uses the same library (much more likely), they there is a much better chance that it will be already caching on the users machine
* The network and bandwidth of the users systems will not be taxed.

Many Dojo developers are aware of the Dojo Objective Harness (DOH) that the Dojo Toolkit uses for unit testing. Many people, however, want to use DOH for testing their own code or even non-Dojo code that they have written. While DOH has always supported this, there currently aren’t many examples of doing so. Let’s see if we can help that out.
