In partnership with the Appalachian Program at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, Wendy Ewald and Elizabeth Barret were awarded $40,000 by the National Endowment for the Arts for Portraits and Dreams: A Revisitation. We need to raise $20,000 to match the NEA award. Your generous donations will support the creation of new work as well as collaboration between two artists and community members in rural Appalachia.

Canadian photo contest.

A great way to learn about the fundamentals of light, optics, and photography, the Hole-On Ex is a make-and-shoot 35mm pinhole camera kit. Each kit comes complete with all camera parts printed on heavy, durable cardstock. A metal pinhole aperture is included. Simple and easy assembly requires only glue, a ruler, and pencil, and it can be ready for shooting in less than two hours. Uses standard 35mm film (not included). Recommended for ages 10 and up, younger with adult help.
