PicksPal - The Premier Sports Pick'em Game | Fantasy Football, Fantasy Baseball, Fantasy Basketball & More
(via)PicksPal.com has created a virtual gathering place for sports fans to prove who really knows their American sports.
PicksPal.com is a free, national competition for sports fans to compete daily in a pick'em game, earning points by correctly predicting sports outcomes. PicksPal then displays the picks of the best of the best in its own "Genius Picks" service. In a way, like an "American Idol" for sports fans.
For centuries, fans have made impassioned picks about impending sports events. Today, fans are bombarded with "experts" providing guaranteed picks with no accountability. Now, PicksPal says, "You think you know sports? Prove it."
Each member's success is tracked to determine the members with the greatest sports IQs. PicksPal honors the best with a Wall of Fame designations and prizes.
Founded by Tom Jessiman, a sports online veteran who helped run CBS SportsLine and an even larger sports portal in Europe, PicksPal.com takes the best from social networking and sports sites to create a competitive outlet for fans who want real bragging rights over their friends.
Tens of millions of Americans play a for-fun office bracket game at March Madness. PicksPal extends that sports picking phenomenon year round-- which has made PicksPal.com the fastest growing sports and entertainment destination on the Internet.
PicksPal is funded by Canaan Partners and Bay Partners and is based in Mountain View, CA.
