In my initial review of the MacBook 13-inch 1.83GHz about two months ago, I suffered from the dreaded spontaneous shutdown syndrome that seemed to plague early adopters like myself. While my first tech support experience, as documented in my review, was great, the second wasn't so. But alas, the issue has finally been resolved.
