J’ai écrit un petit script simple pour faire un backup complet de toutes les bases de données MySQL qui sont sur le système. Il suffit de créer un fichier avec le code suivant en modifiant « utilisateur » et « motdepasse » en fonction de ton système (l’utilisateur ici doit avoir un accès aux bases de données). Sypex Dumper est un produit logiciel (script PHP), qui peut vous aider à créer un backup d’une base de données MySQL et à également la restituer en cas de besoin.

CMON is a daemon that aggregates information from MySQL Cluster that earlier was only accessible from the cluster log or the management client, such as: * cluster state * node state * backup statistics * statistics * cluster events (cluster log basically) .. and let's you access the information using SQL, because CMON logs the information into ordinary MYISAM tables! MySQL Online Backup est un projet de sauvegarde en fonctionnement d'un serveur MySQL. Il s'agit d'un client MySQL, qui exporte les données sans bloquer l'ensemble des autres clients, ou d'imposer un temps d'arrêt au serveur. Le MySQL Online Backup exporte aussi les données statistiques de la table (celles de SHOW TABLE STATUS), pour pouvoir y accéder indépendamment dans la sauvegarde.

MySQL Parallel Dump Multi threaded mysqldump is not an utopia any more. mysqlpdump can dump all your tables and databases in parallel so it can be much faster in systems with multiple cpu’s. It stores each table in a different file by default. It can also generate the dump to stdout although this is not recommended because it can use all the memory in your system if your tables are big.

Si comme moi vous avez sous la main un serveur abritant plusieurs (dizaines, voir centaines de) bases de données, le jour où une des bases de données plante et qu'on vous demande de la restaurer, je vous souhaite bien du courage si vous n'avez qu'un résultat de mysqldump --all-databases sous la main. Afin de pallier ce problème, j'ai écris ce script bash qui vous facilitera bien la vie !
