Vous vous souvenez de Youtube-dl, ce petit outil en ligne de commande qui permet de télécharger des vidéos Youtube, Dailymotion, Vimeo…etc. en ligne de commande ? Et bien si la ligne de commande, ce n’est pas trop votre truc, sachez que MrS0m30ne a mis en ligne une interface graphique pour Youtube-dl baptisée Youtube-dlG. Marche tres bien avec l' addon The Stream Detector: Il permet de recuperer l'url de la video à coller dans Youtube-dlG Note: Certaines versions de VLC 64 bits semblent ne pas pouvoir lire le flux créé. ouTube-DL GUI is, like its name suggests, a graphical user interface for the powerful command line tool youtube-dl, available for Linux and Windows. In case you're not familiar with youtube-dl, this is a popular tool that allows downloading videos from YouTube and around 1000 other websites. YouTube-DL GUI features include: - options to select the video and audio format; - post-processing options such as: extract audio from video file, embed thumbnail in audio file, add metadata, select audio quality; - can embed subtitles into the video file (mp4 only); - configurable filename format for the downloaded audio/video file; - supports authentication; - allows using a proxy; - can specify user agent and referrer; - supports passing extra youtube-dl command line options. YouTUbe-DL GUI automatically downloads (and updates) the youtube-dl binary so you don't have to worry about having an old youtube-dl that no longer works. By default, the binary is saved under the ~/.config/youtube-dlg directory. For post-processing, the application uses FFmpeg, so you'll need this installed for some options, like merging DASH files, etc.

you can use Firefox menu->Developer->BrowserToolbox to examine UI elements and play with CSS. After you open it, click OK in the main browser window, wait a few seconds for the toolbox to initiliaze, then use the first button in its toolbar to pick an element (bookmarks button in your case).

Chouette manière de présenter des nouveautés ou des sélections sur le site de la bibliothèque comme en dehors… Ce billet de "Tame The Web" la Bibliothèque Cambridge propose une interface inspirée permettant de montrer des nouveautés. Il suffit pour tester de vous rendre sur le site et de cliquer sur les icônes violets ci-dessous : ben il existe pas mal de solutions qui demandent de s’y pencher un peu quand même. Je n’ai pas trouvé de widget aussi facile à créer que celui de Listal à partir d’un réseau social francophone mais j’espère bien que nos réseaux sociaux préférés (et nos prestataires) sont à l’écoute! En attendant, si vous voulez du coverflow dans votre site, j’ai fait une petite recherche: - sur Yaëlle blog on trouve un petit utilitaire appelé Pictureflow à télécharger. Il permet de créer son propre coverflow à partir d’images et de liens qu’il faut configurer. Vous trouverez aussi pas mal d’explication ici, et en français. __________________
